With the sole of your foot drag the ball across your body, tap it with your other foot, then chop it back through your legs.
Drag the ball towards you then tap the ball with the inside of the same foot behind your standing leg.
Using the sole of your foot drag the ball towards you. With the same foot push the ball away from you.
Using the sole of your foot drag the ball towards you then push away using the inside of the other foot.
Using the outside of your foot push the ball away from you, then step over the ball with your other foot.
Roll the ball using the outside of your foot, then roll the ball using the sole of your other foot, stopping the ball with your toe behind your other leg.
Flick the ball through your legs, using the outside of your opposite foot drag the ball across your body.
Using the inside of your foot tap the ball from one foot to the other then back again. Using the sole of your foot to roll the ball across the body.
Using the sole of foot tap the top of the ball one foot after the other, staying light on your feet so you can increase your speed.
Using the sole of your foot roll the ball across your body stopping it with your other.
Using the outside of your foot push the ball away from you then cut it back using the across your body with the inside of the same foot.
Using the Inside of your foot push the ball across your body from one foot to the other.
